Inquiry
We accept inquiries through the contact form. Please provide as much detail as possible about the desired product, such as its intended use, size, and design preferences.
Consultation
Based on the inquiry, we will have a detailed discussion. The consultation can be conducted through email, Zoom, or in-person, depending on your preferences (subject to consultation). We will confirm the design, specifications, materials to be used, and finishing methods, and propose the best solution to meet your requirements. If necessary, we will create sketches or prototype data to share an image of the final product. Once the final specifications are decided, we will provide an estimate and request formal confirmation for the order.
Manufacturing
The manufacturing process begins based on the confirmed design and specifications. Using techniques such as cutting, welding, and bending, we aim for a high-quality finish. Surface treatments (such as painting, plating, or polishing) will be applied if necessary to enhance durability and appearance.
Delivery
Once the product is completed and quality-checked, it will be carefully packaged and delivered to the location specified by the customer. For large products or those requiring installation, we will discuss and make arrangements accordingly.
